Your appointments are very important to us at Mill Beauty. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
All new customers will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee off 25% (or £5 whichever is greater) in order to secure there appointment. Customers will be classed as new customers until they have had 3 appointments with Mill Beauty.
Appointments totaling over £25 for all customers require a non refundable booking fee of 25%.
The non refundable booking fee will be deducted from your final bill provided the 24 hour notice detailed above is provided.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late it is unlikely we will be able to provide your service and it will be classed as a no show.
Although we generally do not request a non refundable booking fee for appointments up to £25, we will require a non refundable booking fee of 25% or £5 (which ever is higher) for future appointments if you fail to show up for an appointment or do not follow our cancellation policy. Non refundable booking fees may also be requested at busy times such as holiday periods.

Under the new GDPR coming into force at the end of May 2018, Mill Beauty is required by law to document what personal information is keep for all clients, whether they be a one off appointment or regular clients.
At the time of booking your appointment Mill Beauty will take your name and a contact telephone number, and address if someone is required to travel to you.
At your initial face to face appointment Mill Beauty will take your name and telephone number with your consent and any medical history which you feel is relevant and that may impact on the suitability of the treatment(s) you have requested.
All future clients will have a treatment record card which records all the information above plus the treatment you are receiving and the date of that treatment. Paper record cards are kept in a locked filing cabinet to which only staff of Mill Beauty have access.
All details will be stored securely on my booking system Shedul / Fresha which will send reminder text messages and emails in relation to your treatments. Consultation forms completed electronically will be stored securely in our google account. Shedul / Fresha and google are secured via password. Mill Beauty can access these via mobile phone which is secured with a finger print recognition and pin protected or by tablet/ laptop which is password protected.
Mill Beauty am required to keep this information for legal and insurance purposes. All information is kept for a period of 7 years from initial communication (or 7 years after you turn 18) after which it will be securely destroyed unless you are still a client of ours. You do have the right to see any information Mill Beauty keep and you can request that any data be changed or securely destroyed. However the details of the treatments required by our insurance company can not be deleted without their consent.
Mill Beauty do not use the information for anything other than to contact you regarding your appointment or to discuss matters relating to your treatments or products from us which maybe of interest to you.
Mill beauty will not pass your personal information to any third party.
Mill Beauty would like to publish pictures of your treatment to social media but no names etc will be used.
Any information given to me via the message service on my Facebook Page or other social media sites is only accessible by staff of Mill Beauty, You may request that once Mill Beauty have written your details on your record card that we delete any message which contains your personal information.
Any information you have given Mill Beauty via text message on our mobile phone is accessible only by staff at Mill Beauty and the phone is locked with a security code and fingerprint recognition. You may request that these text messages are deleted once we have written the information on your record card.
